Story
Over 10 years ago, I founded my 1st law practice in Atlanta, United States. That was the beginning of my journey to discover the things which our law schools never taught us.
I was struggling in the 1st 2 years as a sole practitioner with a few support staff. I worked days and nights, but hardly covered the ends. Under a tremendous stress, I was sent to a hospital emergency room by 911.

Laying on the hospital beds, I was not released by doctors for a few days. It was then that I asked myself, "How comes that I did not make any moneys while I am intelligent and hardworking?"

After being released from the hospital, I made two major changes in the practice operation. Ask me which two major changes I have made, :-). By year 4, my practice has grown to over $1, 000, 000 revenue.

In year 11, I realized that I was no longer able to grow the law practice by working hard only. The technology plays an essential role in law practice. You either adapt to it or lose the game. I decided to adapt to it. In late 2021, I converted my law practice to a tech-enabled law practice with the team. In less than a year's conversion, we achieved a marvelous record of growth for over 50%.

To many of my lawyer colleagues who opened or intend to open law practice, I am with you. I know all your pains and joys in the practice operation.

Let us work together to bridge the gap for the things which our law school never taught us. I invite you to join this community for visionary lawyers in running tech-enabled law practice.
